Terms of Use

Website Terms of Use

These terms govern use of the Badger Mobile Wash LLC website. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with the website, its security or other visitors.

Estimates and Service Requests

Submitting a website form requests contact from Badger Mobile Wash and does not by itself create a service contract. Pricing, scope, scheduling, access requirements and other project terms are confirmed separately before work is performed.

Website Information

We work to keep service descriptions, service-area information and business details accurate. Actual availability, project suitability and service scope may vary by property, location, weather, surface condition and scheduling.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Badger Mobile Wash name, logos, website copy, layout and business photography are used for the Badger Mobile Wash website and may not be republished or presented as another company’s materials without authorization. Third-party marks and embedded services remain the property of their respective owners.

External Links and Embedded Services

The website may link to Google, social-media platforms, Badger Vent Hood Cleaning and other third-party resources. Badger Mobile Wash is not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of third-party websites.

Limitation of Website Use

The website is provided for general business information and customer inquiries. Nothing on the site replaces a project-specific inspection, estimate, manufacturer instruction, safety requirement or written service agreement where one is appropriate.
